Refund Policy
Since our hats are custom made specifically for each individual customer we are unable to provide refunds. If a hat does not fit or look the way you expected, we are happy to resize (felt hats only and if possible) or reshape it to make sure you are satisfied and have a hat you can wear proudly. We are committed to making sure each hat fits right, looks right, and feels right and we stand behind each hat we make.
